Q. I can’t log in to my account
Before contacting support, please try:

Signing out and signing back in
Opening the page in an incognito/private window
Clearing browser cache and cookies

Q. Google or GitHub login isn’t working
If you’re unable to sign in using Google or GitHub:
Confirm you’re selecting the same provider originally used to create the account
Try signing out and logging in again
Try another browser or incognito/private mode
Check whether your browser is blocking authentication pop-ups

Q. I can’t create an account
If sign-up is not completing successfully:
Confirm the email address is entered correctly
