Q. I can’t log in to my account

Before contacting support, please try:

  • Refreshing the page

  • Signing out and signing back in

  • Opening the page in an incognito/private window

  • Clearing browser cache and cookies

  • Trying another browser

Q. Google or GitHub login isn’t working

If you’re unable to sign in using Google or GitHub:

  • Confirm you’re selecting the same provider originally used to create the account

  • Try signing out and logging in again

  • Try another browser or incognito/private mode

  • Check whether your browser is blocking authentication pop-ups

Q. I can’t create an account

If sign-up is not completing successfully:

  • Confirm the email address is entered correctly

  • Try another browser or incognito/private window

  • Refresh and try again

  • Try another sign-in method if available
