This article explains what Comfy Cloud MCP is and how to access it.

Q. What is Comfy Cloud MCP?

Comfy Cloud MCP allows supported AI assistants to interact with Comfy Cloud using natural language.

Supported capabilities may include:

  • Generating images, video, audio, and 3D

  • Searching models and nodes

  • Running ComfyUI workflows on Comfy Cloud GPUs

Supported clients may include:

  • Claude Desktop

  • Claude Code

  • Cursor

  • Amp

No local GPU is required.

Please note that Comfy Cloud MCP is currently in closed beta.


Q. What do I need to use Comfy Cloud MCP?

To use Comfy Cloud MCP:

  • An active Comfy Cloud subscription

  • Access to the closed beta

  • Authentication through OAuth (where supported) or a Comfy API key

Q. How do I connect to Comfy Cloud MCP?

Comfy Cloud MCP is hosted at:

https://cloud.comfy.org/mcp

Some supported clients provide one-click setup and may automatically configure the connection.

Manual setup is also supported.

Authentication may use:

  • OAuth

  • X-API-Key using your Comfy API key

After setup, restart your client.
