Q. Are my workflows and files private?

Yes.

By default, all your inputs, outputs, and workflows are private to your account.

Comfy does not use your inputs or outputs to train generative AI or diffusion models.

Q. Can I access my workflows from another device?

Yes.

Workflows are automatically saved to your Comfy Cloud account, allowing you to access them across devices using the same account.

Simply sign in to Comfy Cloud with the same account to continue working.

Q. How long is my data stored?

Comfy retains customer data for as long as needed to provide the products and comply with applicable obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on data type.
