Q. My workflow failed to run. What should I do?

A. Please check:

  • Whether your model and nodes are properly loaded and connected
  • Your network connection
  • That no required node or input is missing

Q. Why is my workflow not starting immediately after I click “Run”?

A: Since each user can only run one workflow at a time, there may be a short delay during high-demand periods. We scale GPU resources dynamically, and most workflows start within under a minute.

 

Q. My job is taking too long to start. Can I see where it is in the queue?

A. You can check the current workflow status in the “Queue” panel — this shows whether your job is pending, running, or completed. However, the exact queue position isn’t visible yet, but this feature is planned for a future update. For now, if your job seems stuck, reach out Comfy Support with your Job ID — check the details in : Where to Get Help & Learn More about Comfy Cloud.

 

Q. I see a white screen while loading. What should I do?

A. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache — this usually resolves the issue.

 

Q. How can I download the outputs in Comfy Cloud?

A. 

  • Images: Click the output image in the queue panel to open a larger preview — you can then right-click and save it.

  • Videos and audio files: Click the three-dot icon on each output in the queue panel to open the menu, where you’ll find a Download button.

 

Q. How can I report and get help on a technical issue?

A. You can reach out through multiple channels including :
