Q. Are all nodes from the ComfyUI Local supported in Comfy Cloud?
A. Most popular ones are already available in Comfy Cloud. We are gradually adding more custom nodes to Cloud as they pass compatibility and stability checks!
To check the list of currently supported custom nodes, click on the ‘Nodes’ tab in the left side-panel in Comfy Cloud.
Q. Can I import custom nodes?
A. Custom node uploads are currently disabled, since many rely on specific local dependencies or frameworks. Comfy Cloud already includes the most widely used custom nodes, and we’ll keep expanding the list over time.

Q. Can I customize my own environment on Comfy Cloud?
A. The Cloud environment is fully managed by the Comfy team to ensure stability and prevent backend issues. Manual configuration is currently not supported yet, but we plan to add more user customization options in future updates.
Q. Can I view logs like I can in ComfyUI Local?
A. Logs are currently not visible in Comfy Cloud for privacy and security reasons — mainly to prevent accidental data exposure of shared system.
Q. Can I use the same workflow files on both Comfy Cloud and ComfyUI Local? Are the json formats identical?
A. Yes, workflows follow the same general format across Comfy Cloud and ComfyUI Local. However, if a workflow uses nodes or features not yet available in Cloud, you may encounter minor compatibility differences.
Q. Can I upload and use my own models or checkpoints?
A. Not yet — for now, only the built-in catalog is supported. The ability to add your own models and checkpoints will be added in an upcoming update after the public beta launch.
Q. Can I run workflows through an API? Does Comfy Cloud currently support API access for running workflows via HTTP?
A. Not at the moment, but API support is on our near-term roadmap. We’re continuously exploring ways to make Cloud more flexible for developers and advanced users!
