This article explains how to manage your Comfy Cloud subscription, including changing plans, canceling your subscription, and understanding renewals.
Q. How can I change or upgrade my plan?
You can manage your subscription directly from Cloud.
To change your plan:
Go to Comfy Cloud and sign in
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
Go to Plans & Pricing
Select your desired plan and click Change to [plan name]
Plan upgrades are applied immediately. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Q. I subscribed to the wrong plan. How can I switch?
If you selected the wrong plan, in most cases you can simply change your plan directly from Plans & Pricing.
However, if you'd like to switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan, or if you encounter billing issues while changing plans, please contact support:
Q. How can I cancel my Comfy Cloud subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of Cloud
Go to Manage plan
Click Manage Subscription
This will open the Stripe billing portal
Click Cancel subscription
After cancellation:
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle
You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe
Q. Can I subscribe again later after cancellation?
Yes. You can subscribe again at any time by returning to Plans & Pricing and choosing a plan.
Q. Does subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes, Comfy Cloud subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Your renewal will be charged using your saved payment method.
Q. What happens if payment fails?
Payment retries are handled through Stripe and may vary depending on the payment method.
If payment cannot be completed successfully, your subscription access may be interrupted until the payment issue is resolved.
