Comfy Team Plan
Last updated: July 21, 2026
The Team plan turns your workspace into a shared space for your whole team. Here's what's included at launch and what's coming next.
Q. What does the Team plan include at launch?
A. The Team plan turns one of your existing workspaces into a shared space for your whole team. At launch, you get:
One shared credit pool the whole team draws from.
Invite teammates by email. Resend or revoke any time.
Assign owners to manage payment, members, and top-ups.
Up to 50 members per workspace today.
The plan replaces your current workspace's subscription. Your workflows, models, assets, and run history stay attached.
Q. What's coming to Team plan after launch?
A. We're actively building:
Spending limits at the user, project, and workspace level.
Per-project budgets and chargebacks.
Auto-recharge when the credit pool runs low.
Shared workflows and assets inside the workspace.
Self-serve seat expansion beyond 50.
Real-time co-editing isn't planned for Team. To collaborate, share the workflow, export the workflow JSON, or drop a Comfy-generated asset into another canvas.
Q. How is Team plan pricing structured?
A. Team pricing is based on a monthly credit commit, not per-seat. You choose your monthly credit commitment when you subscribe, and everyone on the workspace draws from that shared pool. Adding or removing teammates doesn't change what you pay.
Q. How many members can I have on a Team plan?
A. Up to 50 members at launch. If you need more, contact support and we can grant additional seats. Self-serve seat expansion is on the roadmap.
Q. What roles exist, and what can each do?
A. Two roles: Owner and Member.
Owners manage billing (top-ups, payment methods), invite and remove members, and promote others to owner.
Members run workflows on the shared credit pool, but don't see billing controls.
The workspace creator is permanent. They can't be removed or demoted, and they're the only role that can change the plan itself.
Q. How does concurrency work? Can multiple members run workflows at the same time?
A. Yes, multiple team members can run workflows at the same time.
Q. What carries over if I upgrade my existing workspace to a Team plan?
A. Everything stays. You're upgrading the workspace itself, so your workflows, models, run history, assets, and top-up credits all remain attached. The only exception is unused monthly credits from your old plan. Those expire at the end of your original billing cycle, since you're moving to a new credit allowance.
Q. Can I add a freelancer for a project without paying for a permanent seat?
A. Yes. Pricing isn't per-seat, so adding or removing a teammate doesn't change your bill. Invite the freelancer, they draw from the shared credit pool while they're working, and you remove them when the project wraps.
Q. When should I look at Comfy Enterprise instead?
A. Comfy Enterprise is the right fit if you need any of the following:
Legal review or a custom MSA.
IP ownership and no-training-on-data guarantees.
Security questionnaires or custom procurement.
A custom contract.

Getting-started / Migration guide
Q: How do I access Team Plan for my workspace?
Click on your user workspace profile icon in the top right.
Select "Plans & pricing"
Switch to the "For Teams" tab
Select a credit amount and click Subscribe
Confirm/enter info on Stripe
Team plan is activated!
Q: How do I invite members?
Open Settings
Navigate to Workspace > Members
Click “Invite” on the top right corner
Enter in the emails of teammates you’d like to invite
Have your teammates check their emails for an invitation
Q: I have multiple teammates that have their own workspaces. How do we migrate or consolidate our workspaces into one Team plan?
We don’t provide support for combining multiple workspaces into one at the moment.
We recommend choosing the workspace with the most content or is most used, and upgrade that to a team plan.To migrate content from other workspaces:
Assets:
Download all assets (Shift-select assets in your Media Assets panel)
Select all your assets and drag and drop them onto a blank workflow
This will add all the assets as Load Image nodes, but they’ll also be uploaded to the “Imported” tab of the Media Assets panel
Feel free to discard this workflow.
Your assets are now migrated over into this workspace
Workflows:
Check and see if your generated assets already contain the workflow you were aiming to migrate over.
If not, you’ll need to export each workflow and re-uploaded them in this new workspace
Models:
Unfortunately, models need to be imported manually again
