Manage your invoices

This article explains how to access invoices, receipts, and billing information for Comfy purchases.

Q. How do I access my invoices?

After a successful payment, an invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your Comfy account.

You can also manage billing information and download invoices directly from your account.

To access invoices:

  1. Log in to your Comfy account

  2. Go to Plans & Credits

  3. Open Invoice History

From there, you can:

  • View billing history

  • Download official invoices provided by Stripe

  • Access receipts for completed purchases

This includes eligible purchases across Comfy products and billing flows.


Q. How do I update billing information?

You can update your billing details from Invoice History.

Please note:

  • Updated billing information only applies to invoices generated after the change

  • Existing invoices are not retroactively updated


Q. I can’t find my invoice or receipt

Try the following:

  1. Refresh the page

  2. Confirm you’re signed into the correct account

  3. Confirm the payment completed successfully

  4. Check the inbox of the email associated with your Comfy account

If the invoice or receipt still does not appear, please contact support.
