How to top up credits

This article explains how to purchase additional credits.

Q. How do I top up credits?

You can purchase additional credits directly from your account.

To top up:

  1. Open your profile menu

  2. Select Manage plan

  3. Click Add credits

  4. Select an amount or enter a custom amount

  5. Complete payment

Payments are processed through Stripe.


Q. What's the difference between top-up credits and monthly subscription credits?

There are two types of credits:

  • Monthly subscription credits β†’ Included with your Comfy Cloud subscription and renew every billing cycle

  • Top-up credits β†’ Purchased separately and added to your account balance

Please note:

  • Monthly subscription credits do not roll over if unused

  • Top-up credits remain available for up to 1 year from purchase

  • Credits are generally consumed based on expiry timing

Q. How are top-up credits calculated?

Credits in Comfy, both top-up credits and monthly credits, are converted based on the current rate:

$1 = 211 credits

The amount of credits you receive depends on the amount purchased.


Q. Do top-up credits expire?

Yes. Top-up credits remain available for up to 1 year from the purchase date.


Q. Can I use top-up credits in both Cloud and Local?

Yes. Top-up credits are shared across supported usage in both Comfy Cloud and ComfyUI Local.

Credits are tied to your account and not limited to a specific environment.


Q. I purchased credits but they don’t appear

Top-up credits are expected to appear immediately after successful payment.

If your balance does not update:

  1. Refresh the page

  2. Sign out and sign back in

  3. Check your balance again
