Credit expiry (monthly vs. top-up)

Q. Do credits expire?

Yes. Different credit types follow different expiry rules.

Monthly credits included with your Comfy Cloud subscription:

• Renew each billing cycle

• Do not roll over if unused

Top-up credits:

• Remain available for up to 1 year from purchase

Q. Which credits expire first?

Credits are generally consumed based on their expiry timing.

This helps ensure credits that expire sooner are used first.

Q. Do monthly credits roll over?

No. Unused monthly credits do not carry over into the next billing cycle.

Q. Where can I check my remaining credits?

To view your balance:

1. Open your profile menu

2. Select Manage plan

You can review your available balance and usage history there.
